Coefficients are based on average daily sedentary and physical activity duration. Results were expressed as regression coefficients that represented the change in outcome observed when 30 min of sedentary behaviour was substituted with 30 min of an alternative activity intensity (light activity or MVPA). Model A adjusted for age, gender and alternative physical behaviour intensities. Model B additionally adjusted for dietary intake, smoking status and alcohol consumption.
