For example sedentary to remaining at work means reallocation between sedentary time and time spent on LPA and MVPA at work. Similarly, MVPA to remaining at leisure means reallocations between MVPA time and time spent on LPA, sedentary and in bed. LPA = light physical activity, MVPA = moderate-to-vigorous physical activity.
