Table 2 Findings regarding the effectiveness of 13 health promotion programs in 7598 workers on health behaviour outcomes. Results are shown from two-stage meta-analyses with linear mixed modelling for which we assessed intervention effects on health behaviours (physical activity, diet, alcohol use, and smoking).
