  1. aCardiometabolic risk score calculated as (the z-score for the sum of z-scores for fasting glucose, fasting insulin, HbA1c, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol#, triglyceride, blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure)*10. #negative value for HDL cholesterol z-score used. Thus 0 is the mean risk score for the group, and a difference of 10 represents 1 SD difference from the mean. A higher value denotes higher risk.
